What Our Crews Do
Learn More Than One Part of the Industry
Trimming and Manicuring
Carefully remove excess plant material while protecting flower quality and following each client’s standards.
Harvesting and Bucking
Assist with cutting, hanging, de-stemming, weighing, organizing, and preparing harvested plants for the next production stage.
Plant Care
Support cultivators with defoliation, pruning, transplanting, staking, netting, room preparation, and other cultivation work.
Packaging and Production
Assist with weighing, packaging, labeling, organizing, and preparing products according to facility procedures.
Facility Support
Help clean, sanitize, organize, and reset work areas so facilities can move efficiently from one production cycle to the next.
This Is Real Work in a Professional Industry
Working in cannabis is more than being around cannabis plants. Our teams perform hands-on, time-sensitive, physical work inside active cultivation and processing facilities.
Depending on the assignment, you may trim flower, harvest plants, remove stems, defoliate, package products, clean work areas, reset rooms, or assist with other cultivation projects.
Locations, start times, crew sizes, shift lengths, and assignments may change based on client production schedules. Successful team members arrive prepared, follow instructions, respect client facilities, maintain a productive pace, and take pride in completing quality work.
Before You Apply
21 or older
Cannabis industry positions are limited to applicants who meet the position’s legal age requirement.
Prepared for physical work
Assignments may involve repetitive hand movements, standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and working in active cultivation environments.
Able to follow procedures
Every facility has its own safety, sanitation, security, quality, and production requirements.
Professional communication
Team members must communicate clearly with field leaders and promptly report scheduling or work-related concerns.
Able to meet position requirements
Transportation, availability, experience, screening, and physical requirements are listed separately for each opening.
This work may not be the right fit for someone who requires the same location, task, start time, or end time every day.
